Custom/Special Order Policy:

  • Custom/Special ordered products are cannot be returned.
  • This includes special or unique door and window sizes, and precut skirting.


Order Cancellation Policy:

  • An order may be cancelled at any time, unless it has shipped or it is a special/custom order.


Return Policy:

  • Buyer must contact Ashvillemobilehomes.com prior to any return.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns on custom/special orders.
  • We can not accept returns on used/installed produces. If you want to return something, do not install it first!
  • Shipping costs or Return shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • We can not accept returns after 30 days. Ever.

Damaged Merchandise Policy:

  • All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
  • Visual damage must be noted and written on the delivery bill.
    We cannot process returns/refunds unless the damage is noted.
  • Do not install any damaged material. If the customer installs damaged merchandise, we can not accept a return.
  • We ask that customers refuse damaged ground shipments upon delivery.
  • If the customer waives a delivery signature, we can not be held responsible to replace damaged goods. Damaged goods will be reshipped at the customers cost.

Limited Liablity in case of Damage:

  • Ashvillemobilehomes.com is responsible to only replace the damaged merchandise as described by our "Damaged Merchandise Policy".
  • Ashvillemobilehomes can only reship via the same service/method as the original shipment.
  • Example: If your order was damaged by Fedex and was shipped via standard Fedex Ground, it can only be reshipped by Fedex Ground.
  • We are not liable for misc. damages because the order was damaged(loss of rent, pay for hired help). We did not physically damage the order, the shipping company did. We are not liable for their inadequacy.
  • It is the customers responsiblity to excercise common sense. Do not hire the work done until you have the product, etc.

Reconsigneement/Redelivery Policy:

  • Ashvillemobilehomes.com is not responsible for re-consigneement charges or re-delivery charges incurred by the customer.
  • It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when they place an order.
  • If the customer's has a time constraint or stipulation regarding delivery time, they must alert Ashvillemobilehomes.com at the time of order.


Special Cases:

  • In the event that a customer has paid for residential freight, then refuses to setup a delivery appointment after a certain period of time, then the shipment will be delivered by the freight company without any liablility of damage to either Ashvillemobilehomes.com or the delivering company.
